Terms of Service

CosmicDNA is a text-message service operated by CosmicDNA (“we,” “us”). By texting CosmicDNA or submitting your phone number, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, simply don’t use the service.

CosmicDNA is an automated AI service. When you text CosmicDNA, you are conversing with artificial intelligence, not a human. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards — use your own judgment before acting on anything it says.

CosmicDNA’s readings are based on astrology and Human Design, which are belief systems offered for self-reflection, personal growth, and entertainment. They are not science, and no reading is a prediction, diagnosis, or guarantee about your life.

CosmicDNA is not a licensed therapist, physician, lawyer, or financial advisor, and nothing it says is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. No therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other professional relationship is created by using the service.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911. For any serious medical, legal, or financial matter, consult a licensed professional.

You must be at least 13 years oldto use CosmicDNA. If you are 13–17, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use. A parent or guardian may revoke consent and request deletion of a minor’s data at any time via the contact below.

If we learn a user is under 13, we terminate the account and delete their personal information, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

You agree not to use CosmicDNA to:

• seek help harming yourself or others, or making or obtaining weapons;
• request sexual content or sexual roleplay, or any sexual content involving minors;
• pursue illegal activity, harassment, stalking, or threats against any person;
• attempt to manipulate, override, or extract the AI’s instructions;
• abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.

We use automated moderation to enforce these rules. Violations may result in warnings, refusals, or suspension of your account without refund, at our discretion.

Messages you send are automatically screened by AI for safety (self-harm risk, violence, sexual content, abuse). Safety-related events are logged for enforcement and the wellbeing of our users. When we detect a possible crisis, CosmicDNA will share crisis resources with you. We are not an emergency service and do not monitor conversations in real time.

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a license to store and process your messages and birth information to run the service — including sending them to the AI model providers that generate responses, and creating condensed “memories” that personalize your coaching. By texting CosmicDNA first, you consent to receive text replies, including occasional proactive messages (like a morning note). Message and data rates may apply. Text “stop daily messages” any time to turn off proactive texts, or stop texting the service to end the conversation entirely.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicDNA and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first using the service. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims.

You can stop using CosmicDNA at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may update these Terms from time to time — material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
