Privacy Policy

• Your phone number— it’s how your account works; there are no passwords.
• Birth information you share — birth date, birth time, and birthplace, used to compute your astrology and Human Design charts; plus where you currently live (for timezone-aware messages).
• Your conversations — the messages you exchange with CosmicDNA.
• AI-derived notes— condensed “memories” and patterns extracted from your conversations so your coach actually knows you over time.
• Usage and safety records — token/cost metrics and safety moderation logs (see below).
• Waitlist — if you join the waitlist on our site, your phone number and device platform.

Solely to run and improve CosmicDNA: computing your charts, generating personalized responses, remembering context between conversations, sending messages you’ve consented to, keeping the service safe, and understanding costs. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use your conversations for advertising.

Trusted processors that make the service work:

• AI model providers (via OpenRouter) — your messages and chart context are sent to large-language-model providers to generate responses.
• Sendblue — delivers the iMessage/SMS conversation.
• Oracle Cloud — hosts our servers and database.
• Resend — delivers internal safety-report emails to our team.

Every message is automatically screened by AI for safety (such as self-harm risk or abusive content). Safety events are logged with limited context and reviewed by our team to enforce our Terms and support user wellbeing. Records of possible self-harm crises never store your message content.

CosmicDNA is not for children under 13. If we learn a user is under 13, we delete their personal information — conversations, birth data, memories, and profile. We retain only the phone number itself, solely to prevent the account from being automatically re-created, plus a minimal record that the deletion occurred (COPPA). Parents or guardians of users aged 13–17 can revoke consent and request full deletion at any time.

We keep your data while your account is active so your coach can remember you. Text CosmicDNA or email us any time to request deletion of your account and personal data, and we’ll honor it promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. Email us and we’ll make it happen — no forms, no runaround.
